Order processing and delivery times may be lengthier than usual at the moment.

Our staff are working as hard as possible to process your parcels with efficiency, however please understand delays are to be expected due to the current Coronavirus pandemic. Shipping companies are experiencing delays with most orders, your patience is appreciated during this time.

 

 

When will I recieve my order?
We will process your order within 1 - 3 Business days of receiving payment and then post via Australia Post standard domestic or international post. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but will usually arrive within five to seven working days for orders within Australia, or within ten working days for international orders.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number which you can use to track your delivery via Australia Post.


How much does shipping cost?
Australia
We offer free shipping within Australia for all orders over $30. Orders under $30 will be charged a flat rate of $7 for postage regardless of size or weight.

Rest of the world
All international orders will be charged a flat rate of $9.90 for postage regardless of size or weight.


Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia.


I've bought the wrong thing/changed my mind
If you have purchased an incorrect item or changed your mind, Gecko can not accept a return if the product has been opened, handled or shows signs of physical damage to the packaging.

Gecko can, however, offer a refund for change of mind (minus any original shipping costs), providing the product is returned to us in it's original condition - i.e. unopened, unhandled and undamaged.

If you have changed your mind and your product meets the above criteria, you can initiate a return by logging in to your account and clicking the return items link next to your order. If you checked out as a guest please contact us at sales@geckogear.com.au and we can assist you.


I've recieved a faulty item
All Gecko products are covered by a 12 month warranty against failure or faulty workmanship. See our full warranty policy here for more details and instructions on how to make a warranty claim.

PLEASE NOTE: For purchases made in store please return to your original place of purchase with your reciept to make a warranty claim. Gecko Gear cannot provide refunds for purchases made via our retail stockists.
