Order processing and delivery times may be lengthier than usual at the moment.
Our staff are working as hard as possible to process your parcels with efficiency, however please understand delays are to be expected due to the current Coronavirus pandemic. Shipping companies are experiencing delays with most orders, your patience is appreciated during this time.
Shipping (within Australia)
We will process your order within 1 - 3 Business days of receiving payment and then post via standard post.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but will usually arrive within five to seven working days.
Shipments within Australia incur no shipping charges for all orders over $30.00 regardless of order size or value. Orders under $30.00 will be charged a flat $7.00 rate regardless of size or weight.
We will process your order within 1 - 3 Business days of receiving payment. Then your order is posted via international post.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but will usually arrive within ten working days.
Shipping costs internationally are charged at a flat $9.90AUS rate regardless of size or weight.
Returns & Refunds
All Gecko products are covered by a 12-month replacement warranty in the event of failure or faulty workmanship. If you believe your item may be faulty, please notify us and return to Gecko within 30-days so a full refund or replacement product (to the same value) can be issued. Return postage costs will be covered by the customer.
If you have purchased an incorrect item or have changed your mind, Gecko can not offer an exchange if the item has been opened, handled, or shows signs of physical damage to the packaging. Gecko can, however, offer a refund for change of mind (if the product is unopened and sent back to us) to the value of the product purchased, minus any shipping costs. If you have changed your mind, meet the above criteria, and wish to return your item, please contact Gecko Gear at firstname.lastname@example.org.
