Gecko Gear Australia is constantly enhancing and developing new and innovative products. Should you decide to provide us with an unsolicited submission, understand that any ideas, drawings, concepts, advertising programs, promotions, product or usage enhancements, or any other ideas to Gecko Gear Australia, its employees or affiliates, Gecko Gear Australia has no obligation to you whatsoever.  Gecko Gear Australia will not have any requirement to compensate you in any form due to your submissions.  
 
If you feel that your idea has merit and is unique we will review it.  Note that we receive numerous product ideas and cannot respond to all inquiries; however, keep in mind that your submissions are in no way entitlement to any form of compensations, unless contractually agreed upon between the idea submitter and the ownership of Gecko Gear Australia.  
 
Should you have a patented product that you believe would be something that can benefit Gecko Gear Australia, we will be interested in reviewing what you have to offer. Understand that we will only consider patented items and have no interest in patent pending products as they may contradict some of the numerous projects already being worked on by Gecko Gear Australia.  
 
Any non-patented ideas submitted to Gecko Gear Australia will become the property of Gecko Gear Australia without any compensation owed to you.  Gecko Gear Australia can use any of the unsolicited ideas for any purpose Gecko Gear Australia feels fit.
